CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS- a $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit will be applied to your total bill. All deposits and final payments are non refundable. CANCELLATION- canceling your appointment without rescheduling forfeits your deposit. Deposit can only transfer to a rescheduled appointment within a few days of original appointment. NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL- canceling an appointment within 24 hours results in a 50% charge. NO SHOWING RESULTS IN 100% AND BANNED FROM BOOKING. PAYMENTS- remaining balance will be due day of appointment. Payment methods expected include card, zelle, venmo or cash. Please note I do not have change if paying in cash. LATE POLICY- 5 minutes late = less time to work on your lashes. 15 minutes late your appointment is canceled.
